Gt01 smartwatch; If you're looking for a smartwatch that you can wear anywhere and everywhere, the Hamile GT01 is a great entry-level smartwatch with a price that won't break the bank.
In today's article, we will put the Hamile GT01 smart watch through several tests, including heart rate and blood saturation tracking, as well as step count and sleep tracking, to see if it is good or bad.

The watch itself, a manual leaflet, a thank you card, and a USB magnetic charging cable, as well as a silicon strap with two different lengths, are all included in the packaging.
As a result, it will fit a variety of wrist circumferences, which is a thoughtful design. The straps are delivered unattached.
The Gt01 smartwatch watch has a nice, shiny finish that gives the smartwatch a sporty and elegant appearance. The rectangular body of the watch is reminiscent of the amazfit bip u, but it is not made of plastic.
The GT01 smart watch is made of zinc alloy and has a massive 1.55-inch, 330x360 hi-resolution, beautifully curved 2.5D glass display. This high resolution display is unusual in a budget watch; it has nearly the same resolution as the Apple Watch Series 3.
The display provides a clear visual experience due to its vivid bright colors, which make it easy to read the text on information. It has three brightness levels, and I've been using the middle one because it's bright and vivid enough, and it's easily visible in bright sunlight.
Furthermore, the display illuminated automatically as you moved your wrist upward; this is not an always-on display. The bottom is made of plastic, and this is what we got: magnetic charging pins, into which the charging cable can be plugged.
The three axis G-sensor for heart rate and the infrared LED for blood saturation tracking are on the right side of the case, and there is one home button.
Colors that are available HAMILE GT01 Smartwatch
The Gt01 smartwatch I'm testing today is sold under the Hamile brand and comes in six color options: black, blue, green, gray, lavender, and pink.
The GT01 is also sold under a variety of brand names, which vary depending on the country, so we have: Hamile, Dirrelo, Fitpolo, and Letscom. As always, I did my research and checked the customer reviews on Amazon to see what existing HAMILE GT01 Watch users had to say about the watch, and here we have: "amazing watch," "fabulous buy," "cute and functional".
We also received negative feedback, such as "excellent watch." There are many more comments, but in today's review, I will put the GT01 through several tests to see if it is truly as good as they claim - and I will walk you through its features.
Is the GT01 HAMILE Smart Watch waterproof?
The GT01 has an IP68 waterproof rating, so I shouldn't be concerned about getting it wet while washing my hands, taking a bath, or even swimming.
We conducted a simple waterproof test to ensure that our HAMILE GT01 Smart Watch is water resistant. Yes, I want to be absolutely certain before taking my watch to the pool. Our tested unit's ip68 rating should provide protection in water up to 1.5 meters deep for at least 30 minutes.
I'll try to keep it underwater for a little longer just to make sure it survives. The ip68 rating also indicates that our watch is dust resistant. Even if the watch is completely waterproof, I would not recommend using it in the watching sauna.
The GT01 HAMILE Smart Watch works with the VeryFit companion app, which you install on your phone and from which you set and control the majority of the functionality.
Because the app is compatible with both iOS and Android, you'll need to scan a QR code with your smartphone to get to the Apple Store or Google Play.
Here in the app, you'll find some nice graphs of your activities, as well as the ability to set an alarm, set your goals, and receive notifications, among other things, and it gives you complete control over everything GT01 HAMILE has to offer.
When it comes to receiving data from my GT01, the VeryFit app can be notoriously slow, whether it's an update, loading the new watch face, or simply syncing, effectively, the simple syncing between the devices can take up to one minute, which is quite long. It's not a huge deal because the connection between the app and the watch is fairly consistent. Let's move on to the watch menu:
Now, if we press the "home" button, we have access to all of the features that the GT01 HAMILE Watch has to offer. All of the features are represented by nice looking icons, and the first on the top left is an activity data: steps, distance, and calories burned, all of which are organized on one screen.
The step counter, by the way, is very accurate. I've taken exactly 1000 steps while wearing my GT01 HAMILE Watch and holding a manual tally counter in my other hand, tapping the button each step.
The GT01 HAMILE performed admirably: for my 1000 steps of varying length and walking speed, the GT01 HAMILE counted 999 steps, giving us 99.9 percent step tracking accuracy.
Such a good result in a low-cost wearable is quite unusual. I'm blown away! The next feature is sports tracking, and the GT01 HAMILE has 14 sports modes to track your workouts and exercises.
hiking, - weightlifting, - yoga, - outdoor run, - indoor run, - outdoor cycle, - indoor cycle, - outdoor walk, - indoor walk, - pool swim, - open water swim elliptical, rower, and cricket You can easily keep track of these exercises in real time directly on the watch, giving you a better understanding of your physical condition.
Unfortunately, the GT01 HAMILE lacks a built-in GPS, but it can use your phone's GPS via the companion app. Simply begin your walk-in or run from the app, and it will track and record your position throughout the activity.
It has automatic exercise detection, but you can also manually turn the exercise before beginning your workout. I prefer to turn it on manually, but that is just my preference.
The next widget is a heart rate monitor. The GT01 HAMILE monitors heart rate fairly accurately. I have my GT set to track my heart rate continuously in the background, but it can also be set to "on demand," which means you must manually trigger the heart rate measurement.
I compared the heart rate readings from our GT01 HAMILE to those from an NHS-approved medical pulse oximeter, and both devices registered 57 beats per minute. As you can see, the GT01 performs admirably.
I did a few press-ups to get my heart rate up - let's see what GT01 HAMILE has in store for us this time. The heart rate is 82 beats per minute, and the oximeter reads 84 beats per minute.
When exercising, the heart rate measurements may fluctuate slightly, and the watch's accuracy may suffer slightly, but let's run this test again. This time, the heart rate is correct.
Here's a visual comparison of the three tests. Remember that the GT01 HAMILE watch is not a medical device, so the readings are only for reference.
Another useful feature is SpO2 tracking, also known as oxygen saturation, which is a measure of the amount of oxygen-carrying hemoglobin in the blood relative to the amount of hemoglobin that does not carry oxygen. The body requires a certain level of oxygen in the blood in order to function properly.
Again, I performed some comparability tests with the pulse oximeter, and in this case, the GT01 HAMILE performs admirably; both devices display exactly the same readings, which is 98 percent of the time. A stress detection tool is the next useful tool. This is another useful feature that allows you to monitor your stress level.
Stress is something we all experience, whether it's due to a specific situation in our lives or a hectic day at work, but it can have a negative impact on our health and lives.
So we have deep breathing exercises to reduce potential anxiety by exercising deep diaphragmatic or abdominal breathing, allowing your lungs to expand, relaxing breath exercise acts as a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system. The exercise is best done seated with your back straight, but it can also be done lying in bed or during yoga.
The next widget will be a sleep tracker. The GT01 HAMILE Watch struggles with my sleep tracking; it was frequently able to accurately record my deep sleep periods, but it completely failed to peg the actual time I fell asleep and the actual time I woke up.
In other words, the GT01 Smart Watch missed many of my light sleep periods, which should have been counted as part of my total sleep time.
If accurate sleep tracking is important to you, you should consider a different wearable. The GT01 HAMILE can be customized to some extent. Through the companion app, you can select and download a variety of available watch faces. There are new watch faces added on a weekly basis, so I'm sure everyone will find something interesting in there.
You can also make your own customized watch face by using any photo or image from your smartphone as a background: scale it, crop it, and voilà - it's been sent to the GT01 HAMILE watch. You can only store one customized watch face at a time if you create your own or download one from the available selection.
To quickly change the watch face, simply press and hold the screen for about three seconds before selecting one of the four factory watch faces or two customized ones.
You can access real-time message notifications by swiping down from the watch's main screen. It pushes notifications about incoming text messages, social app messages, and incoming calls.
You can't answer the incoming call; you can only drop it. You can easily receive SMS messages as well as notifications from your Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Skype, and Twitter accounts.
The GT01 HAMILE is available on Amazon for a price ranging from £ to £ (or $27 to $49 USD). The GT01 HAMILE and its rebranded version Noise ColorFit Pro 3 cost 49â to 51â from around $1200 to $1500 in Mexican pesos, or nearly 4000â1 in Indian rupees.
The GT01 has a small 210 mAh lithium polymer battery that lasts me 7 to 10 days on average use. If I disable the continuous heart rate monitoring and use the watch in standalone mode, I mean, if it isn't constantly connected to the phone via bluetooth, the battery life will be significantly extended.
On a single charge, it can last up to 20 days. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge. The straps come unattached, so I'll quickly show you how to attach them to the GT01 HAMILE watch; it's very simple - you won't need any tools for this one, just a well-lit area.
All you have to do is pull this little pin, insert the strap into the watch's lugs, and release it. It should click, and you're done.
very straightforward Pull the little pin, release, and check to see if it's holding well, and you're done. As long as the strap is 22 millimeters wide, it can be replaced with any 22 millimeters wide strap of your choice, such as silicone, leather, or metal.
As you can see, this is a simple, accurate, and definitely attractive smart device; it fits the build quite nicely and has a fashionable and stylish design. It includes all of the essentials you'll need to keep track of your fitness goals. It was not designed to respond to messages, nor does it have its own internet connection.
If you believe the GT01 HAMILE is the right one for you, don't pass it up. Leave a comment with your thoughts on the Gt01 smartwatch main advantages and disadvantages.
