Apple watch series 8; will be released at the end of the summer with a slew of new features, including some new sensors.
Today I want to talk about a blood pressure sensor leak report and how this sensor will work and if it's coming to the new 2022 apple watch. We'll also go over the apple watchos 8 release date and price with specs.
So I'll give you the most recent details of specific leaks and reports, then the planned release date, and then a summary of the models that will be released with all of their features that we've learned from previous leaks.

Apple watch series 8 features
Back in 2021, the Series 7 was a very minor design and capability update over the Series 6, but for the Series 8, it appears that we'll be getting a completely new design and a slew of new features.
Brand-new sensor
Bloomberg reports that one of the new features that could make its way to the Apple Watch is a new type of blood pressure sensor.

Mark German has mentioned a new sensor that can measure your blood pressure through your watch without the use of any additional kit or hardware.
You can get blood pressure equipment that connects to your iPhone right now, but having the ability built into the watch on the underside would be a huge step forward.
This isn't the only type of sensor that Apple is investigating; the company has also filed a number of patents indicating that it is investigating next generation force touch technology, which could appear in future models of the Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 2, and even the iPhone 14 or 15.
Patently Apple discovered the patents filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which referred to force pressure sensors and their various applications in Apple devices.
One of the patents discusses the use of four sensors in a small form factor device, presumably for products such as the Apple Watch and possibly AirPods.
The patent depicts an Apple watch series 8 with a pressure sensitive side button, which would enable more features on a future model, such as the Series 8, without the addition of additional physical buttons.
The new sensor is said to be more accurate than the force touch sensor that we got with the iPhone 6s and then for a few years later and then Apple plan to use this sensor and how much pressure you apply to give you even more better health details sadly what those details are they weren't in the patent.
I'm confident that it will be revealed very soon exactly what the sensor will be fully used for. This also leads me nicely to say that all reports and leaks are not 100 percent certain that they will come true with the new Apple Watch series 8.

When Apple watchos 8 will be released?
Based on what we know so far from previous years, including 2021, the iPhone 14 and Apple Watch Series 8 will most likely be announced in mid-September, with a release date following a few weeks later.
Now that we've gotten those latest leaks and reports out of the way, as well as the release date, let's move on to a summary of everything we know so far about the Apple Watch Series 8.
So it's still very early days, but for Series 8, we're expecting the actual Apple Watch to be slightly larger now, with a 41 millimeter and a 45 millimeter screen, both of which will be ltpo led screens.
It will produce 1000 nits of brightness and, as previously stated, we will receive the brand new design that we should have received with the Series 7 but will now receive with the Series 8.
We'll get a choice of 32 or 64 gigabyte storage options, so you can put things like your Apple Music on it. We'll also get that s8 chipset, which will be a massive improvement over the s7 and s6. We'll also get an u2 ultra wide band sensor, Bluetooth 6.0, and, finally, 5g connectivity for the Apple Watch.
How much does the Apple Watch series 8 costs?
The starting prices for the 41 millimeter and 32 gigabytes will start at 399 us dollars and then 449 us dollars for the 64 gigabyte model and then for the 45 millimeter screen this will start 429 us dollars for the 32 gigabyte option and the 64 gigabyte option at 479 us dollars.
Now there are lots of different kind of variants that you could chuck into here depending on if you pick the nike option and also if you change it to a different kind of body style the prices will change but i couldn't put every single different option on here.

This is essentially the bug standard starting price for the Apple Watch Series 8 models. That concludes the Apple Watch Series 8 summary.
However, for my thoughts and wishes, my wish is to include a small 720p selfie camera in the Apple Watch. The reason for this is that if you've ever received a phone call on your Apple Watch, you'll know that you have to lift your arm up to talk into it.
So it makes sense to me to include a camera in it, or even if you're sitting or lying down at the time, as with the iPhone, you still have to hold it in your hand. So why not just hold up your arm with the apple watch with a small camera inside it?
