Fitbit Versa 2 is the company's most affordable smartwatch. It's a wearable that incorporates the brand's well-known solid data. The Versa comes in black and white:

I tested it on a Google Pixel running Android 11 and an iPhone running iOS 14, and even with do not disturb mode enabled, silent mode enabled, and the volume muted, the tone still plays loudly.

To respond to a message, tap the notification you want to respond to, then select the type of response. To customize the responses available on your watch, open the Fitbit app on your phone. 

You can then customize up to five quick text replies and up to 18 emoji options. You can also set quick replies and emojis by app if you want even more control over your reply options.

4. Music controls Versa 2 app

This feature functions as a remote control for your phone, allowing you to quickly pause, play, or skip music on your phone from your Fitbit watch, as well as control the volume on your phone.

It comes in handy when I'm listening to music on my phone with earbuds, allowing me to quickly skip a song or increase the volume right from my wrist. 

It should be noted that this is simply "music controls," and it acts as a remote control for music playing from your phone.

You can access the music controls on older Fitbit OS 4 devices, such as the Versa 2 or older and the Ionic, by swiping down from the top to open notification, then swiping down from the top again to reveal the top menu, and then tapping the purple music icon.

For Fitbit OS 5 devices, such as the Versa 3 or Sense, you must configure "Music" as a shortcut option in the Settings app. For instance, I've configured it to be the top-left shortcut option when you double-click the left side button. When you open the Music controls, you can see information about the currently playing song or podcast, pause, skip, rewind, and control volume.

5. Scheduled sleep mode Fitbit OS feature

Sleep mode is a fitbit versa 2 feature that mutes notifications and prevents the display from waking up from motion. It is available on all Fitbit smartwatches. 

Setting this mode to activate when I am normally sleeping ensures that I am not disturbed by a phone notification or the watch's screen turning on.

You can schedule when sleep mode turns on and off from the watch's Settings app, or you can manually turn it on and off from the quick settings menu to the left of the clock face on Fitbit OS 5 devices, or from the Quick Settings menu option from the top on Fitbit OS 4 devices, and those are my five underrated fitbit versa 2 smartwatch features.
