Yhe bp doctor smartwatch; It's true! A smart watch that raises your blood pressure! I've reviewed a lot of smartwatches, but none have come close to this one. The smartwatch is called yhe bp doctor med, which is an unusual name for a smartwatch.
Yhe bp doctor medicine What's the deal with this? The YHE company claims to have developed the world's first medical grade blood pressure smartwatch. So, what makes it unique?
Yhe bp doctor smartwatch Unboxing
Let us now look more closely at the best smart watch with blood pressure. First and foremost, I must state that the prototype I received is still in its very early stages.
Currently, only one feature is available: blood pressure measurement. Does the fact that the watch's time isn't even correct, 2036, imply that it's a timepiece from the future?
I'm not talking about the gesture control, the App, or any of the other features they claim to have on their crowdfunding page. In terms of unboxing, you will find the watch as well as an extremely detailed English manual.
The charging cable is then followed by a proprietary charging base. The box even comes with a wrist circumference measuring scale, which I haven't seen in any other smartwatch packaging.
This is considerate, as some people have no idea what scale to use for a watch. So my wrist should be a 6 or 7 on the scale. Excellent! Why not examine the design before putting the blood pressure measuring device to the test?

Yhe bp doctor med smartwatch design
The front of the yhe bp doctor med has a 1.61TM AMOLED display. There are two buttons on the left side: Power and Home. The back is what truly distinguishes this piece.
It has two inflatable aircuffs, one on the watch back and one on the wristband, in addition to the charging contacts.
They have a soft and cozy feel to them. I've been wearing it for a few days and it's much more comfortable than other smart bands or watches I've worn in the past, thanks to the soft bags that act as a cushion between the watch and your wrist. Though I'm not sure how long it will last.
It displays SYS, or systolic pressure, readings. Also, the pulse rate. I've put the normal readings from a medical site here so you can see if your data is normal or not.
I know what you're thinking: the yhe bp doctor med watch is so small that it's hard to imagine it'll pack much of a punch. So how does the data compare to a standard wrist sphygmomanometer?
The yhe bp doctor smartwatch showed 118 for systolic pressure and 71 for diastolic pressure. After a complicated measuring process by the pharmacist, or so I believe because she squeezed the hand bulb and screwed the air valve every now and then, and she even used that stethoscope to measure God knows what.
As a result, the diastolic pressure is approximately 72 and the systolic pressure is approximately 121. OMG, that TMs very close to what the watch indicated; the error is less than 3mmHg. It TMs just hard to believe, and I want to test more.

ITMm pleasantly surprised that the yhe bp doctor med smart watch lives up to its title: the medical-grade blood pressure smartwatch, because based on the data ITMve compared, itTMs accurate, and suitable as a referral data for monitoring your daily on-the-go health.
On the go means that you can measure your blood pressure whenever and wherever you want: on the subway, in your office, or even while riding your bike.
Unlike wrist sphygmomanometers, which are bulky and difficult to transport, it is difficult to use and requires training.
To be honest, I might not have known how to properly measure if that pharmacist or Cady hadn't been there to help. All you have to do with the yhe bp doctor med watch is press the Start button, and the smartwatch will do the rest. It is small, light, and easy to use. It takes much less time to get the readings to you, and the error is tolerable.
Furthermore, the YHE company claims that they have met the FDA and CE Medical-Recognized Consensus Standards, but their FDA and CE Medical certificate applications are pending because they require more time to be approved.
The yhe bp doctor smartwatch not only measures your blood pressure but also records your BP history and generates a health insight that you can send to your doctor or family members so they are aware of your exact health status.
It also includes, among other things, sleep analysis, activity tracking, a wake-up reminder, and daily goal setting. I can't judge these features because I haven't had the opportunity to test them, but I'm glad the YHE company has promised them so that we'll have them for the official unit.

Yhe bp doctor smartwatch specifications
- Blood pressure monitoring on the wrist App experience is clean and simple.
- Fitness tracking is limited.
- The BP Doctor Pro does not necessarily position itself as a general-purpose smartwatch.
- You can't use the device to send messages, control Bluetooth devices, download apps, or host media.
- There are alarms and a weather app if you connect a compatible service, but everything is very basic.
- YHE uses its own software on the BP Doctor Pro, with varying degrees of success.
- The main screen serves as the watch face, with several options available via the app.
- Unfortunately, the majority are analogue watch emulations that do not fit the Pro's modern aesthetics at all.
Blood pressure measurement
Blood pressure is measured in two different ways: systolic and diastolic. The first number (Systolic) is defined by the NHS as "the force at which your heart pumps blood around your body." The second metric (diastolic) "measures resistance to blood flow in blood vessels."
The BP Doctor Pro's strap has an inflating section that constricts around the area just above your wrist. This enables the device to obtain a more accurate picture of your blood pressure using its various sensors.
It's an odd sensation to have your arm squeezed tightly by a watch in use, but if you've ever had your blood pressure taken by your doctor, it'll be familiar.
BP Doctor medical smartwatch price
The BP Doctor MED medical smartwatch costs $220/250. The BP Doctor MED is billed as the world's first medical-grade blood pressure monitoring device.
This places it in the same price range as the Apple Watch SE, which costs £269/US$279, and the Fitbit Sense, which costs £279/US$299.
This is my first encounter with this brand; however, after learning more about the company, it appears that they had a very successful first crowdfunding campaign and that their users were satisfied with their product.
