How do you install apps on your Fitbit Sense smartwatch?
Launch the fitbit sense apps on your smartphone. To sync the app to your watch, swipe down. When the sync is finished, tap the top-left account icon.

To edit a timer, use the clock icon at the top right of the Alexa app on your Fitbit watch and tell the assistant to change the timer to 20 minutes, for example. Timer sync with your Amazon account so you can also view them in the app on your phone.
